She was married to the late Gbegi Ojora, who passed away in 2011. A mother of one, soft-spoken Solveigh is of Norwegian and Nigerian descent and has ceased to be an active member of the Lagos social scene following her husband’s demise.
Long after her in-laws, Otunba Adekunle and Erelu Ojuolape Ojora, made a quiet re-entry, she has distanced herself from the social space. Beating a hasty retreat, she now resides abroad and only visits Nigeria occasionally.
Many will recollect that prior to her husband’s untimely death, her father, Ahmed Onipede, who was a special adviser to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu when he was governor of Lagos State, was brutally murdered by unknown persons at his Badagry residence.
