She founded Rainbow Book Club in 2004 and was the Festival Director of the 2009 Garden City Literary Festival. One of Africa’s leading book activists, she is one of those eager to revive the dying reading culture in Nigeria.
Accomplished in more ways than many can imagine, those who have had close interactions with her will attest to the fact that she is intolerant of many vices and brooks no nonsense. Call her tough-talking if you like, she is never afraid to express her displeasure at any untoward event and reprimands with ease.
