A former member of the House of Representatives, Temi Harriman, is known to maintain a low profile. In exceptional instances, she comes out of her shell especially when it pertains to matters of national interest.
Notwithstanding, her silence these days has become rather deafening. Many have attributed it to the personal losses she suffered almost two years ago. First it was her first son, Aboyowa, 25, who was involved in a ghastly motor accident in Ikoyi, Lagos in 2012. Barely two months later, her father, Chief Hope Harriman, also succumbed to the ill wishes of death. Following the sad occurrences, Temi, who was very close to both men, has eased off all social activities and is yet to resume making appearances.
