One of them, Fatima, who got married a few years ago at a lavish ceremony, is perhaps the most prominent of these girls.
At the Vanguard newspapers’ Personality of the Year awards, which held recently in Lekki, Lagos, Fatima and at least three of her sisters were guests. The ladies, who were dressed in true northern style, were the cynosure of eyes. Their corner became a Mecca of sorts for guests and excited paparazzi could not help but take their photographs.
