Of a dignified pedigree, it is no news that his father, Pa Hassan Adisa Fashinro, was a notable politician in his heyday. Among other things, he was the first town clerk of the Lagos City Council.
Fondly addressed as HAB Fashinro, the latter, who turned 94 on his last birthday, stunned many people when he attended an art exhibition in company with the former. The event was hosted at Omenka Gallery, Ikoyi, by Toyosi Kekere-Ekun. The budding artist cum photographer, who is the daughter of Supreme Court Justice, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, attracted the crème de la crème of society to her show.
