Sometime ago, the Delta State First Lady, Roli Uduaghan, took to wearing a look that many chose to describe as plain Jane. Devoid of make-up and jewellery, the dark-skinned mother of two attended some high profile events dressed so, which was very unusual for her office.
But at the Access Bank PLC Xmas party cum send-forth for Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede last weekend, she chose to differ when she arrived the venue of the strictly black-tie event unusually garbed. This time, her brightly coloured evening dress agreed with her make-up. She was in company with her husband, Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.
